Hara is the Japanese word for gut. The hara practice is the foundational practice of Cultural Somatics, aiming to nurture a deep inner felt sense and connection to your gut wisdom and body. This is a 9 minute adaptation of the practice, learned originally from Najeea Leslie and Tada Hozumi.
